  • Celebrating 15 Years of Workforce Development in Alaska - The Alaska Process Industry Careers Consortium (APICC) works to ensure the availability of highly trained Alaskans, sufficient to staff the process industries competitively, now and in the future. APICC is a non-profit consortium that strives to serve it's member companies in the Oil, Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Water Treatment, and other process industries and contractor companies in Alaska.

  • Alaska Resource Education in partnership with the Alaska Department of Education and industry provides Alaska's students with the knowledge to make informed decisions relating to mineral, energy and forest resource by providing educators with objective scientific classroom curricula on Alaska's natural resources allowing teachers to reach hundreds of students a year. 

    The students of today are our future policymakers, scientists, and leaders influencing Alaska's role in our state and world economy while setting the pace for responsible resource development and environmental accountability.

  • RAHI, the Rural Alaska Honors Institute, is a six-week summer college-preparatory summer bridge program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks for Alaska Native and rural high school juniors and seniors. A program of rigorous academic activity combines with social, cultural, and recreational activities. Students are purposely challenged academically and socially to prepare for the big step from home or village to a large culturally western urban campus.
